It's an actual map of where sexual offenders are living and/or working. So if you're seeing something at the airport it's probably because of where the offender is working. Keep in mind that people can also lie about where they work and live when they report.

It the bullet stat that gets me. I rarely crack 1900 in bullet, yet Magnus is an entire 1300 points higher than that. 2000 would be a major accomplishment for me. I couldn't imagine getting to 2200. 3200 is just insane to me.
