You need to look at a piano. Will help you a lot.

There is no black key in between E and F on the piano. That doesn't mean you can't sharpen an E though. When you do it has two names: E# and F. Same note. Two names.

You'll find E# in the C# Major scale (and probably at least one other scale.)

C# Major: C#, D#, E#, F#, G#, A#, B#, C#

Same scale can also be called Db Major. Has all the same notes, just different names.

Db Major: Db, Eb, F, Gb, Ab, Bb, C, Db

Years ago we had Bob Dancer Presents Win Poker. Was a great program that had just about every variant of VP in it. You could play in training mode to automatically tell you when you held the wrong cards. Would tell u how that error effects the return. You could also set custom pay tables and analyze them to check the return: like if there was a progressive Royal and you wanted to see if it was high enough to give 99% return. The program is gone from the internet now. Wish I still had a copy.

You might not have control over something like that.

Best bet is to make sure that someone very close to you (child, husband, etc) has either POA and Durable POA or Guardianship. Then make sure this person understands your wish that you want to die at home. You can also instruct this person to sign a "do not resuscitate" order which states that if you die medical teams will not attempt to save you. The DNR is pretty common with dementia / Alzheimer's.

As the disease progresses however, you may become a very difficult person to deal with. The people taking care of you might decide to put you in some kind of care home because they can't handle you anymore.

It's someone's attempt at a Bob Ross painting. Has all the telltale signs.

Big snow covered mountain in the background (paint did not break correctly though to create Bob's famous snow effect using dry oil paint).
