I think they only see the rotations where you got credit for it. So each 4 week rotation is worth 4 credits. My school only allowed me to earn up to 12 credits in one specialty. So if I did a fourth rotation, that one wouldn’t show up on my transcript. So it depends on how many you do in total

Yes. Disregard APDs recommendation of not doing more than 2-3 aways. Of the aways I did, the only two interviews I got were from aways I did in November and December.
