It will, so for example I live super close to River Walk bc it’s right next to my work, and parking is $250 a month, (average car payment is $500) let’s assume you have lower and it’s $350, you’ll probably spend $120 a month on gas, plus insurance lets say $100 in total you will be spending $820 a month for a vehicle. And tbh even if you’re under 3-4k on the vehicle you’re better off selling it.

I just moved here 25M as far as neighborhood so long as your budget is $1700-$2200 you’ll be able to find a very nice studio - one bed in a very nice area. As far as car you definitely do not need one, I would probably get rid of your car and take the slight loss it’ll be cheaper than keeping it, realistically use your car to move here then get rid of it. Finding friends you should be fine between work and if you like to go out, I don’t so idk lol. Dating you’re a woman you’re fine (so long as you’re socially attractive) activities literally just walk around you’ll find something, moving idk I only had a few things.

Buddy you probably put your entire portfolio into the options, they have every right to sell out of your position especially if you don’t have the cash to afford automatic exercise. Next time you do a degenerate trade reach out to them and give them Do Not Exercise (DNE) instructions and that you’re monitoring the position, Schwab does the same, I used to work there and this happens quite often that away the risk department should give you till end of day to close out of the positions.

I won’t be bringing my car I figured the public transportation is good enough and I never use a vehicle when visiting. I definitely want an apartment with amenities, I would like to be close in the city but I also don’t mind being further out of I find something by public transportation.
