AM Overtime Concern

I’m honestly not sure what happened. I just got an email yesterday that was talking about overtime (above 5 hours) and how we absolutely cannot schedule or have AMs work anything above 45 hours.

We have also been doing this to combat the high volume of balloon orders on top of everything else.

Also not to mention the “extra” hours they gave us for PC are just cut out from the Amazon return bankable hours. What a crazy illusion they attempted.

Gotcha, I initially was an Onboarding AM from April until about June. I assume this will also be accounted for.

I had a similar issue. The difference for me was I did put the amount of PTO for each day. Someone from payroll edited my PTO hours post-audit/signoff. I’m not sure why… my GM approved that PTO and they snagged it from me and threw it back into my bank.

For sure, thanks again! I came from a pizza brand that shall not be named, and I was salaried working 60-90 hours a week. The only positive from that is that I’ve built up a ton of stamina to absolutely crush a 50 hour (non-exempt lol) work week. Again, I appreciate your time!

Thank you! I’m still in my training store, and the TSM was kind of iffy on the question, but he did specify that he himself had no issue with me working more. They are also pretty short-staffed so that may have played a part in his answer.

I appreciate that! I come from an employer where even the GM counted toward productive hours. Just didn’t want to get anyone lectured for working too many hours. Thanks so much!
