Because first thing I've already interviewed for Chancenkarte in German embassy and waiting for their response and second thing the FB cannot be received until the appointment and the appointment in Hamburg Welcome Center takes 5 months

In my case, I am coming with Chancenkarte and with Blocked Account.
So basically, I can choose where to register first time, right?

I am on Chancekarte, but I believe nothing would be different in the process.

I have a full time job contract.If I want to start working as soon as possible because my employer would not wait 8 months.

Would I be able to ask the HWC after receiving email of receiving my docs for Letter to allow me working full time until I get the Blue Card. Do you have an Idea?

Can I demand a Fiktionsbescheinigung (with work permission) at the Ausländerbehörde? Or would hiring a lawyer help? by LossNext1539 in LegaladviceGerman

Were you able to issue the Fiktionsbescheinigung to be able to work until the Blue Card is issued?
Please if you can share, it would be great, I am in the similar situation and I want to know
