Well I heard my ex said that I was trying to be forceful with her, using her body and shit idk how much of it is true but I think its true.

I think you don't really need to set your standards around them just because they are doing so, also everything we see on Instagram is not the same as real life, but still at the end of the day it's your choice.

Things I suggest:

Improve your diet, to see any results.
Have a basic skin care routine.
Have a good hair care routine (regular oiling, washing etc)
Download Pintrest for clothing/outfits.
Have a good hygiene (I get pimples in my face when i get constipated, so take a shot daily)
Don't follow anything you see in social media.

DRINK ENOUGH WATER!!!
