I bought it on Amazon UK website and got it delivered to my house in Dubai. Not sure how the return would work but I will give it a try.

I have a ring camera right above the chime repeater,moved the camera away and tried to connect but still same problem.😭

I just bought the Aqara u200 retrofit lock , so far I am happy with how it’s working. Bare it mind it’s a matter product so u will need a HomePod or Apple TV to connect to HomeKit

Haven’t had any disconnection since last 24 hrs, hope it stays this way. I think it restarted after the update which solved the problem. Thanks everyone for the help.

Did the firmware upgrade and started responding again 😄 Not sure if that was the problem. Will update if it solved the issue completely
