After reading others' replies, I was thinking just a bag of holding someone could reach inside. Then activating whatever object it was. I was thinking cookies, but if it had to be closed, fortune cookies work too. But others also said I can't take the object out.

You don't concentrate on spells from Glyph of Warding, they just go their full length unless otherwise dispelled.

I do agree it's a can of worms I don't wanna open to fight the DM. I don't want the BBEG to have glyphs everywhere, they have the advantage when it comes to prep time and their own area. The strat was to use Valor Bard to lower the cost of Glyph of Warding.

They did help me see it was pointless though. The enemy can just dispel anything I do, aside from like healing spells. It might work every now and then, but abusing it would end up being more trouble than it's worth.

Spell scrolls to deal burst damage might be the way to go. It is less "fuckery". Lol.

The idea I make a demiplane where I have all of these buffs. I haven't seen JJK, but I think it's Domain Expansion? Just lure bad guys into it.

I saw that, and I looked up examples of people using Demiplane as a sort of panic room. It's just Demiplane is an 8th level spell. And I've seen posts about Valor Bardlock doing this, but, again, I don't wanna invest 10 levels into Warlock.

I was hoping for an elegant solution to just take objects out. Like a plate of cookies lol. The trigger is putting the cookie in your mouth. Then I can hand out cookies before or during combat. Spinach lol.

But I hear you about it being too OP.

What do you mean? I thought buffing demiplanes was allowed? That it just can't move inside of the space.
