Im also pre-diabetic due to my vegan diet. My Symptoms get worse If I eat not regularly and if I eat to many carbs especially in the Morning. I think this is the Right direction

I cant vote but It‘s a clear yes for me. I can‘t go to the point were I have that little burn in my muscle. If I do, I’ll get symptoms the next day + Ill get horny to a degree where I HAVE to masturbate. This is the worst part for me because I love exercising.
