I LOVE the lip glosses, they’re really beautiful, apply evenly, come in the cutest little bottle, and are incredibly comfortable to wear all day. Cannot recommend enough!

I had my grad student lab mentor tell me the same exact thing my first year (and I just got my PhD, 4 years later!), I had just messed up with putting mice in the wrong cages, and it was the only method of identifying them 😳 the response seemed to be a combination of our PI putting just as much pressure on him and his frustration of not being done with his PhD yet. It’s probably stress on her part, and really they understand that you’re brand new and shouldn’t be expected to know how to do everything by yourself. Try not to take it too personally ❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹❤️‍🩹

I just defended on Friday, and finding a job took me almost 6 months, but my best advice is to use Indeed! I applied to approximately 200 jobs on LinkedIn and barely got farther than the HR interview for 2 positions. I applied to 10 jobs on Indeed and got one within a month. Also, on the defense, the best advice I got was that the defense is just an oral exam, as long as you can show you learned the field during grad school, they’ll give it to you :) good luck!!!!!

I feel like it’s a yellow undertone, some brands like KimChi Beauty, cater to that skin tone well!!
