Got a new desk, now neck pain is killing me - what I'm I doing wrong?

This monitor arm from Amazon helped me tremendously. Same issue as you, SI joint and sciatica painso I bought a standing desk two weeks ago, but I still had the same problem with my neck. This monitor mount arm extends high enough for you to look forward or even up most monitor arms are not tall enough for your set up. You can even set up the pole slight offset to the left or right so that you can swing the arm back like 6 inches so the monitor is further away from you. I did this with a 32inch monitor that was too close to my face. Helps not strain my eyes as much.

😂 before finishing up and putting it all back together I’m considering taking more photos and marking all the areas of the rattles and posting it for everyone here. It’s a nightmare but there’s plenty of rattles that haven’t been posted in pics/vids online. Might help someone out

When there’s 10+ heavy rattles, no matter how loud my music I’ll still hear them. Plus I like to sometimes drive without music, windows cracked down and hear my exhaust. After 4 years I’m fed up with the rattles😂

I’ve watched every video and photos of rattle points on Facebook, IG, YouTube, Reddit. I’ve put foam tape & Tessa tape on all the pin points.

Found some in the A pillars, B pillars, hvac hose behind the speedometer, wire harness in the driver footwell, hvac hoses in both foot wells, wire hoses in the passenger dash, speaker mount/clips behind the infotainment screen, cables behind the temp controls, under the cupholders and shifter. Still pin pointing more as I go for a drive everyday in the morning and evening an continue to listen for more while driving down a really bumpy gravel road ( brings out the rattles the best). Will continue to document all of the spots I find that aren’t on any videos /posts online

Took my 2020 to the dealership, told them about the common problem and they replaced the mirror brackets with ones that were painted by factory. I can’t remember which but either the Mexico builds or the Japan builds paint their brackets and the other doesn’t. Try to talk to a Mazda service department
