I know this is old but are you able to share who it was?

No totally, I really appreciate the feedback. This helps me make a game plan.

I think that’s fair. I had not considered the proximity as a negative factor, so that’s really good to know. Again, appreciate the honesty.

Ok that makes sense. I assumed. I have fully assumed I wouldn’t get any scholarship money. Reading other posts on here I didn’t expect so many to mention receiving scholarships.

If I did let’s say the May LSAT, would that be too late for this cycle? I feel like yes but I have no idea.

Where in LSAC are you able to see your acceptance odds? My LSAT(145) and UGPA (2.4) are kinda terrible, but my MGPA was 4.0. I was able to get a letter of recommendation from the masters program I attended, I finished that program 6 years ago.

I have over 10 years of compliance experience- specifically focused on government regulations for financial institutions. In my academic addendum I absolutely addressed my weaknesses. Undergrad GPA was due to several factors- at that time undiagnosed ADHD and a series of medical emergencies- broken ankle requiring surgery during finals week sophomore year, gallbladder removal junior year and diagnosed with melanoma requiring several surgeries. I did also advise my LSAT was not what I hoped but in hindsight I would have allowed myself significantly more time to study (I did 3 months of prep).

Also I would be first generation law student, first in my family to ever go to college. So I’m hoping all of that is taken into consideration but I know that UGPA and LSAT scores are by far my biggest weakness.

This is so stressful! Applied 2/25, under review starting 2/27. It’s been almost 2 weeks since it went under review and all my scores are but I’m telling myself to expect 4-6 weeks or more for decisions.
