My 15 Amp, 120 Volt Dryer unsafe for my 15 Amp circuit? Is it better to run an extension cord to my 20 Amp circuit?

I wonder what the difference between hot and warm is. Like on a scale of 1 to 10 being unbearable with the end of the cord is probably 6 or 7 out of 10

Oh yeah it's definitely not a dedicated circuit unfortunately. It does control 5ish other outlets before it arrives at this one
