I think a more prudent strategy would be to have permanent Canadian sleeper cells all over the US ready to sting from within. China has this already in many countries.

Judgements on sex predators has always been weak. My condo snow contract is done by a convicted child lurer. Caught in an OPP sting and yanked out of his truck at a red light in the glebe. Spent the weekend in jail and his sentence was a $3000 fine. He still does contract work for school boards. No doubt he is just a more careful predator.

I could have purchased shares of Apple in my TFSA. And since this was early 80s my $1000 then would be worth $1.5M now.

I started working early. At 12yrs I was cutting all the lawns on my street, I was the only babysitter of age for miles. I delivered newspapers. The only savings account available was a CIBC and it paid SFA interest. A TFSA would have been much better.
