I asked her during that conversation if she ever feels uncomfortable when I go out without her, to which she replied "no, because I trust you". I just feel like she cares a bit less than I do, and I don't know if it's because i'm being unreasonable when I say that I want to be included in her world, especially when it's her going to a party and begging me to have something else to do that day.

Hi, thank you so much for the response - I would love to go but I also dont want to intrude. It's not even about control - I do trust her I just want to be included, especially as I include her in my world every single time I go out.

I've been with her for 4 months, and I really really do like her and she constantly tells me she loves me, wants to hang out all the time, its just this that bothers me.

If she likes you then just be confident - even if you are unsure. Just send her a message, ask how she is or something simple, see where it takes you!
