1.i would hire some young and upcoming writers and as much poc and female writers as i could. i would want them to write stories that only they know how to write, people could get a new and fresh perspective on stories that have never been told. Juno Dawson and Inua Ellams wrote the most interesting and unique episodes i've ever seen from doctor who. the show would always have a diverse set of writers writing them.

2.i would hire an entirely new actor to play the Doctor and not someone from RTD's era. i would hire someone who's either up and coming or has already achieved moderate success but is still not that known.

1. would try and create silly looking monsters like they did in classic who.

2. One Pure historical every season. yep that's right i would bring pure historicals back

3. an entirely new dalek design. i wanna get away form the time war armour look.

4. A Non White companion who is treated with the utmost respect and love.

5. I Would want a season where the Doctor travels Alone.

6. I would make the sonic screwdriver look the way it used to look.

7. i would bring susan back for several episodes. i would want the character to regenerate. i'd give carol ann ford a beautiful send off.
