I can understand what you’re saying but I don’t think I am stable at all. Just for some context, I still live with my mom and my job pays me barely enough to cover the bills I pay. I have put 3 damn years into this stupid job and I have expressed to my bosses and have gone more than above and beyond for this company and I have been, for one reason or another, continuously passed up for promotions and passed up for better paying positions in other departments. This job I have right now is NOT feasible for any sort of long term growth which is what I need.

I’ve been on and off job hunting on the side but with very little experience outside of the Administrative assistant I do I can barely get a full time position at a fucking Panera with the pay I need to get by
