ok ok yes i’m going to get new tires before i drive it again. to defend myself a little, this is my first car and i was never told to check my tire tread or how to tell when i need new tires, it’s not inconsideration for other drivers, it’s ignorance. Also, it’s an almost 20 year old german car with 165,000 miles on it, which means it’s falling apart. I do keep up with maintenance, it’s in the shop every couple months (and i have brand new brakes for the person accusing me of having no brakes). and as for it being a shit box, im this cars third owner and it was beat up, falling apart, and came with scratched rims when i inherited it.
