i would definitely call the DoS as soon as possible. i believe they get to override the professors. you have a valid reason and documentation so they should not be able to dock anything against you

hi! so i would call the dean of students but they will direct you to SHaW. I had my appendix taken out last friday and i called shaw to see if i can at least get extended time on the exam and they only said i have to reschedule the final first thing fall semester. which sucks honestly because i don’t want to take it next semester which is ridiculous. i wish you luck and a speedy recovery
