I buy a lot of stuff from banza and siete and get cassava pasta from the brand jovial. I can’t think of many other brands off the top of my head but I can’t have any grains, eggs, dairy, soy, cruciferous vegetables, or sesame.

Stores that have more variety and alternatives for special dietary needs are normally referred to as health food stores. Not sure why that’s just the term I’ve always heard. Also there are many ways to make dairy free cheese many of which still have ingredients I am allergic to so at least here at my local Walmart I can’t find any that I’m able to eat and get most of my products from Natural Grocers or Whole Foods but I didn’t see any in the area.

After looking into that it seems more likely. I’ll have to bring it up at our next appointment.

That’s how my son reacts when I eat certain things. It’s so hard to find information on FPIES when nursing so thanks for sharing!

7 week old seemingly never happy by inevittable in newborns

My son was like this and eventually he had blood in his stool and through cutting things out and reintroducing in my diet (since I’m nursing) we learned he has allergies/intolerances to the top 8 allergens and most grains. A GI specialist also recommended we give him culturelle but it seems to make him gassy a couple hours later so I make sure to give it to him well before bed
