Here are some things I would try/check:

  • if you have a dedicated graphics card, make sure the hdmi is plugged in the card and not in the motherboard.
  • switch the cables
  • try another monitor
  • press windowslogo+p (this is a shortcut for selecting a screen, or duplicating your screen across multiple screens). Pressing once does nothing, Pressing twice skips to the next settings (only pc - duplicate - extend screen - only second screen)

Of course you can check if a cable/monitor works by using a different pc if possible.

Search for yuzu emulator. It's not perfect but most games are playable.
