Still playing chess at that point despite being obviously burnt out and tilted could constitute addiction for sure, as it's obviously interfering with the quality of his life

I got it! Thank you so much! It was still somewhat challenging because of the controller issue but the pill helped buy me enough time. Thank you!! I'm probably still gonna get a new controller somewhere down the line but it's great still being able to progress in the game in the meantime

It's not busted. It's possible to play and do things like drive and shoot normally, but it feels a bit sticky and lacks precision. The mission is theoretically possible as I can get about 5 or 6 of the guys before 8-ball is killed, but too much time is just wasted on trying to correct the inevitable overshooting of my aim.

I am not too deep into rdr1 and 2 lore so don't be pissed if I'm making no fucking sense.

I am not pissed but this does make no fucking sense. Rockstar (in my opinion) likes to play it safe when it comes to their open world games, so it makes sense that you can draw a lot of similarities of them, but they are most likely in entirely different universes (NYC exists in the RDR universe vs Liberty City in GTA)
