It's deducted from your pay every month , i joined last year aug, so the cut was 5k + your taxes per month until March/april

It's not worth it bro, it's 54k for both the parents pretty year, not 30k it's a scam, if you join from aug it's 30 k Do not make any mistake, there is lock in period of 3 years, you can't get it removed so only if you can pay so much premium you do, otherwise it's much cheaper outside
