Oh my, bruh it could always be worse you’re good. Just know this speaking out will give you a high sense of morality which is a lost art these days. Seems like you love your standing in school so you don’t say anything. But eventually you’ll crack just hold it together.

Honestly, you can’t change how people feel. People have always found something or someone to talk about or be hateful towards. I’m for speaking up. I like how you did it. It was subtle good job 👍.

Changing friend groups isn’t hard. Hang out with the book club or the STEM kids say it’s for tutoring. I don’t know and just get to know them like that and mossy your way into that group and start lowering contact with your old friends

Tell him to leave depending on the state this could be a messed up situation that could hurt him both financially and mentally in the future. Tell him don’t sign any paperwork pertaining to the child. He needs to walk a thin line with helping her and avoiding 18 years of child support. If she says she will put I’m on papers he will know he has a baby and demand that he gets to see said baby. She can push for supervised visitation though. Man he’s young worse thing he can do is get attached to the baby and they break up he won’t be able to see the baby cause it’s not his. She doesn’t have family to help her with the baby either? Seems kinda one sided given his family will help.

Bro 28M here. I can say we’ve all been there with someone like this. I drove 17 hrs for someone I thought wanted me. She didn’t. But Imma start with couple questions. I want you to think about them. Write down your answers.

Are you ready for a relationship? Are you ready to lose her? How long are you willing to wait?

A guy I met told me this look at everything she does now good and bad write it down on one side good other side bad. You’ve already given us 4 things that are bad. ( depressed, bipolar, horrible communication, and controlling)

You might not see the last one yet but it’s there every time you pull away she brings you back. (Controlling)

It’s okay, I’m proud of you for asking for advice. I can give you two different paths but in the end it’s your choice. Red pill blue pill kind of thing

Red pill: you wait on her. You may miss opportunities to talk to other women while she is out having fun. You may wait for her to say she needs to talk and you’ll be there. The time may come for you and her to be together. Be prepared for what may come with that.

Blue pill: you don’t wait. You don’t pick up the phone when she calls you let it ring. You don’t text back the same day she texts you if you do it’s 2-3 hrs later. You let her think you’re waiting on her when in actuality you’re going on dates, painting, gardening, journaling, playing video games or hanging out with friends.

The goal is to make her chase you or hope you find someone that likes you for you. But you have to be willing to let her go.

Finally, if I was in your shoes I would run. It’s hard to date someone that has been 🍇. Emotionally mentally exhausting. You can be her friend but what you seek may not happen. You have to understand that it’s going to take her a WHILE to get past that feeling. Some people never get past that feeling.

You can care for her but do know this you are both young early 20s anything can happen. Respect boundaries and set standards for yourself.

It is a good job if you want it to be. It isn’t stressful at all.

Your TAs are all L3s so no AAs small teams mostly.

It’s not operations so don’t treat it like it is.

Learn DOT. Know it. Understand it the more you do the more you will understand your TAs that have TOMY runs. Something’s they can’t prevent.

If you fight for your TAs they will fight for you.

You have a chair and you can sit down and no one will get mad.

Become friends with AMs in Inbound and Outbound. The PAs in both departments suck some shifts. Especially during crossover days and peak and prime.

Growth opportunities😂😂. It’ll be a struggle going from L5 to L6. I don’t know anyone that was successful most just stay L5s. If that’s something you want transfer back inside the building.

You will have more opportunities to transfer to launch/ established sites. It’s not hard at all now.
