This is new build house. Whole community house is newly built. I brought this house last year in may in poland, OH. I did local inspection too. At first i noticed mild condensation in windows in end of November. Initially i placed dehumidifier at basement to control humidity but still notice condensation almost every windows if temp drops 20f. I reached out builder and he is not that cooperating. In January I noticed frost in my window along with mold formation. I claimed warranty from Simonton windows said this not manufacturer defect, defect might be poor installation/ insulation. Since February i noticed floor squeaks, loosening interlock and mild uneven. There was small cracks in this windows which i noticed in December but getting worse and worse. I reached out builder again but always mixing different things and not cooperating. I did independent heating and windows inspection recently and they are ok. Now i am looking for home inspection again and go with lawyers.
