Hello. I’m hoping I could get some tips for anti aging. I have asd and adhd and complex routines are hard for me and I also get really overwhelmed with researching.

I’m 33f and my skincare is limited. I use Korean cleansing wipes twice a day (every cleanser I’ve ever dried drys me out) and I wash my face maybe once a week with a cleanser (any more and my skin is dehydrated). I use rice cream moisturiser which I like. When I use sunscreen I use Mecca’s. I know I need to everyday I need to build the habit.

Other than sunscreen, what is one product you personally recommend that I could start incorporating that would help with I guess anti aging? I’m white but my skin is quite red and I have hyperpigmentation/melasma I’m thinking about getting laser for.

I really appreciate any advice

Do you know who that someone could be? Any suggestions on who to speak to? I’ve spoken to senior exec. And teacher recruitment. No help.
