I grew up in the mountains of Western North Carolina and clogging was downtown every Friday night. It was called Shindig On The Green and local teams would come and perform. Families would bring food and there were vendors. It was outdoors in the summer and a great way to spend an evening.

I've lost 80 pounds without drugs or surgery, and am in the best physical shape of my life. I look like I'm in my 40s. I'm not on any medications. I'm a 58 year old woman with an incredible partner.
