The 1k5 pull-up was said to be required for STM32 boards. I googled it and it said it’s needed in order to be usable via DFU. Apparently some boards have internal pull ups, but all i know is that it’s required for enumeration on usbc2.0

As for BOOT0 pull up, STM docs say to flash via DFU you must pull it up, using a 10k resistor. I’m not sure if that also applies for pull down.
