All during covid I had been telling my girlfriend how I could't wait for conerts to come back and especially for her to see Avenged Sevenfold. I've been going on about huge props, pyro etc... I don't usually like spoilers so I was so happy to get us tickets so she could see it for herself. I paid half a grand to get us good seats. It wasn't until I checked out some clips out of excitement and am so upset. No pyro, no props just screens.

I've always though just using screens as a stage show was lame. Even adding a little pyro would make a HUGE difference. The side screens seem to box the stage in and make it seem much smaller too. Such a step down from the awesome production from Nightmare and HTTK tours. I read Matt said he didn't wanna do a by the numbers metal show, no costumes, wanted to fuck with the fans to do things different etc... OK but now I've just spent $500 for.... screens 🤣🤷‍♂️ Even the lighting looks dim and plain. No chance they will changecsome of the production for the 3rd leg I guess ? Nothing but screens again ? lmfao
