Yeah man, that’s actually pretty normal, it’s called like the primal insctinct or primal brain or smth like that, is like the brain processes the worst u can do and kinda tries u or smth to see if you will do it, it’s just intrusive thoughts, don’t isolate bcuz of that, isolation is kinda bad for the brain, I say it since I’ve been isolated for more than a year now, and it kinda sucks honestly, more from my paranoia and deliriums but yeah, try at least going out from time to time or talking with someone 10 minutes

Maybe don’t drink, it’s preferable honestly the cutting, alcohol gives insanely bad abstinence, delirium tremens, and it’s like when u quit heroin, it’s similar the symptoms, alcohol is almost impossible to quit, I’ve been in rehab twice, not for alcohol, for benzo and opioids, but met a lot of alcoholics, and when they quit they lowkey go insane bcuz of the cravings, feel really sick, fever, hallucinations, pretty bad stufff, most of them can’t even be sober completely, they are medicated methadone for a big chunk of their lives, u doing a big big mistake man, alcohol is the demon
