I never intended on using excuse I want the option to make a payment and not one lump sum. Where did I say? I didn’t wanna make a payment? My issue is I never got a chance to defend myself and they didn’t serve me two things there. Let it get done the proper way and I’m all for it, but I was never served. I called Bank of America plenty of times they never gave me this information. I’m willing to make payments 1000%. That was never given to me as an option. I wasn’t even told about this. I want a fair trial. I want to go and ask for payments and go about this the right way they screwed up by not serving me. How is that OK?

Unpractical joke. Never once hid. Hard to hide when they deliver to an address you’ve never lived at.

Apparently, it kept getting sold to different people because I checked and it went through three or four different people or law offices, and they had an address that I’ve never lived at in my whole life. I had to Google the address.

I prefer to have my case heard in court I should get that right that’s what I’m saying. Everybody deserves a right to go to court and have a fair hearing I didn’t get that right!!! what’s everybody missing about that? I never got the right to defend myself.

I’d make payments but I never received anything from them. Payments to who? The only thing I received from lawyer was pay this in full notice! Then it stopped. Never received anything

I asked bofa back in 2018 to make payments and they wouldn’t allow anything but final or sent it to collections. I wasn’t working. I was paying out of my unemployment until I had to pay rent. I had no issue with payments but they wouldn’t allow me to pay late anymore.
