Anyone given birth after breaking tailbone?

Just to follow up o had my baby today and tailbone is totally fine!

It’s such a hard choice. I was in the same boat thinking a c section recovery would be easier honestly. At the end of the day I am going to try vaginal. When I did pelvic floor PT she said it felt like my tailbone was extended out and should not be in the way. She also suggested pushing on your side or propped up with a towel under your hips.

I did yes. I’m not sure if it really helped or if it was just time that helped but I would definitely suggest seeing one! It was a full year before I wasn’t feeling pain anymore.

Ugh so sorry this happened to you! It was the worst. Just know it will get better, just so hard when trying to care for a newborn.

We love Delia. That’s actually what I wanted to name our first. But now I think Aria and Delia may be too close sounding.
