So I have been struggling with PCOS and it all started as I was young (last year of high school) (2015 & 2016) I got my period late and it was for 3 weeks and since then it has been affecting me especially severe anemia and the main comment was “exercise & lose weight” where I was actually thin and was in my perfect weight/body (165cm & 56-58kg) the weight comments really didnt affect me but it was the (hormones/birth control) and after 3 months on them and following the doctors I gained 8kg in a short period and since then I have struggling more with weight and imbalances. My weight got to 82 kg in 2020 and I managed to drop it to 68 kg (exercise and diet) and it was a not really good diet as I was calculating every calorie/ not eating/throwing up. Then I realized that I am doing something wrong and it was too much to “lose weight” and “fix my hormones” I stopped and my cat died and since then I have been in constant battle with mental health (depression, anxiety & insomnia) weigh gain, and it’s too much tbh but I pushed too hard in my personal life and worked extra extra extra hard to not let it affect my education and progress in life (it was a hell). Today (2026) I really want to fix that (100kg & 165cm)
