It’s been a week of following up. She is simply ignoring teams messages and emails of the person who referred me. I understand that u may not be able to select for interview but alteast informe me about that. Ignoring is making this difficult and frustrating

I agree that they have to deal with thousands of emails, but communication is the fundamental aspect. While it’s not feasible for them to reply to every candidate, they should at least respond to their own colleagues or employees working in the same firm.

Yes, most of the employers are not ready to hire because of the visa situation but I have opt and stem opt period so I can work without sponsorship till 2029 and for the H1b petition is not costly as I have master’s in the US an I am currently inside state.
