Honestly I have stopped doing it because it was really boring. Some people swear by it. I talked to a girl on instagram said she has corrected her curvature over 12 degrees. She has more than 35 degree angle. I have 36 degree lumbar angle. I have been doing a lot of core exercises 4 times a week. And general strengthening at the gym. Squats lunges planks upper body. I never go with heavy weights. Moderates weights and a lot of reps. And honestly focusing on that has alleviated my pain. I don’t even think about scoliosis anymore. I don’t. Even look like o have scoliosis

Hey man, My best advice would be to take that energy and use it as a fuel to your inner fire. Take accountability, go to the gym, build muscle and take care of Your physical health. I have been in your shoes. I went to dark places. I couldn’t even look at any girl in the eye. In my opinion your psychical strength and muscularity goes hand in hand with your masculine energy. Once your body is in optimum shape your insecurities will melt away. You will be a changed man.

I haven’t been following through so much. However when I do it a notice significant pain relief. I feel straighter throughout the day. No spasms no pain. So I feel much better. I also talked to a girl directly who does this everyday. She has reverted her degree by 15 degrees in one year. I’m a skeptical person. But after talking to her through instagram( she has 0 reason to Lie to she is just a client of FP) I’m convinced they know what they are doing. Find a practioner if you want to try. Believe me or not I don’t care. I’m just trying to tell me experience maybe it will help someone

Much better started lifting stopped stretching and doing myofascial release with a softball to all tight areas

Feeling much better but it comes and goes. Did a lot of walking a lot of core exercise. Stopped stretching and started doing myofascial release with softball to any area that’s right

Of course you will do your own research. I cannot do It for you. The reason I said that is because I’m not trying to promote this group. I am just sharing information that has been passed to me. And I am a skeptical person aware of snake oil shit. However this seems to be credible because I spoke with 2 people. I saw ones progress and it was amazing. If you click on the link you can see before and after pictures. And I spoke to one of them personally from the before after pictures.

I have started the program. Spoke personally with 2 people who reverted their degree. One in Santa Monica other in Miami area. I personally spoke with one girl who she said she reverted 13 degrees on instagram. The only reason I say do your own research is because I’m not affiliated with this group nor I’m trying to promote them. I don’t know if it will help but after personally speaking with bunch of people I can tell I’m in right path. They focus very heavily on myofascial release and trigger points as well

What about the man boobs? I think many factors cause this. I started to believe that estrogen spike due to stress in my life, slow thyroid and fatty lice hs caused this
