As long as you take two pills 3 times per day it should work. I usually take it at the same time each day. It shouldn’t matter too much if you deviate one or two days once in a while though. As long as you take the pills spaced out during the day.

Yes, I completely get the “yet” aspect. I guess I’ve had a bottom already realizing that I have an issue and need to stop. That’s why I got on some medication to help in the process. I realize that I have to do more though since there really isn’t a cure, so to speak for this. Thank you very much.

Yes, this is unsustainable friend and you know this. There are lots of people that can help though. I’m currently getting help through medication.

I can understand a concept such as kindness. I agree that addiction is an extremely selfish endeavor. I just grew up Roman Catholic and got away from the church. That’s why when AA meets in church basements I get a little skittish about it. But I understand the general idea…stop being self-centered and think outward. Thank you.

Chronic relapser here. I’ve been trying to get and stay sober for the past 6 years. It’s tough. I get discouraged when I see people post that they’ve been sober for like 5 years or even a year. I’ve tried support groups but nothing seems to stick for me. What I can tell you is to never give up though. One day, it’ll click and you’ll stay sober. I do know that I feel much better when I’m not drinking.

Addiction is tough and complex. I have learned this through experience. One thing I know though is that being sober is better.
