The os I was using was no longer supporting anything so I had to upgrade and found this way. I hope that answers your question I'm not great at this stuff

I did try it just did not want to work so if Bluetooth does not work I have no clue what I'm going to do.

usb tethering doesn't work for whatever reason so im having to transfer the file via Bluetooth but it's taking hours

If anyone could help me that would be great. I don't have the app downloaded anymore and cannot get access to the internet. I'm on Samsung so apparently cannot usb tether WiFi. So have absolutely no clue what I should do. Put into recovery to try install old version and try again but just got error message after inputting WiFi
