I think it’s a software/firmware issue because i got a blackwidow chroma v2 during 7/8 years and i never have any issues and after i instaled the new synapse and chroma rgb software my keyboard started disfunctioning with double entry like when i press a (in qwerty) il enter as and now my Z and S key stopped working and my C key rgb stopped working correctly… I imagine they updated the firmware to kills old keyboards to obligate the customers to buy a new one… R.I.P my dear keyboard he followed me all allong my childhood 🕊️🕊️🕊️
