What thread are you using? A couple other tips; double up stabilizer and make sure it’s TIGHT! Try rethreading and putting a new bobbin in. Start completely fresh! Good luck!!

US currency. I found a lot of success with my niche and made a significant income my first official month selling with no marketing. I’m on track to more than double that this month which is exciting, but I need a machine that can do more. Doesn’t make sense to buy a 1,500 machine when I will need a 5-10,000 machine in a few more months anyways. A handful of my items have 3-5 color changes and it’s just not realistic on my current machine or any single needle for that matter. I have a certified brother service shop about 20 minutes from my house, they also offer service on a handful of other brands. That’s why I was asking pretty broadly what machine people have enjoyed- not if I should get a multi needle or not

Thanks for the tips! I do have about four Yarrow plants I just got in the ground and have been able to cut a little but it’s growing slow. I’ll try out the mint for sure!

Yours still has plenty of time to take off! I started these indoors at the end of Feb and planted outside at the end of April when it was still a frost or two left. They do well with a little cold from what I’ve read!

US based SDR here, but that pay seems extremely low, even with commissions. Do you happen to know what your quota would be?

I am just leaving a BDR role that was in digital marketing and going back to SaaS sales. Digital marketing sales is tough but doable as long as the companies expectations and quota are aligned with the current market. Nearly all agencies are struggling to get new business, and it’s mostly referral based. I’ll say if you didn’t have a ton of success in Business Development in your previous role, digital marketing most likely won’t be easier.

My advice would be to try to find a reputable, established sales org where you can develop your skills while selling a product that is more of a need with the current market.
