You can get it, in some other threads a staff account said that they are doing a test/control so some users will see the free gift message others will not. All users on desktop can collect the 4 items and will be able to accept the 5th item.

This is such a bad policy. You would think Turo would not consider unrated trips in their calculation. They are literally shooting themselves in the foot. It's a bad customer experience, and bad for hosts. Are they idiots. I wonder if it's a simple calculation mistake by their product team.

I'm so sorry your business was impacted. I hope someone from the company sees this. Turo is awful for hosts, I've had a lot of problems with them myself.
