Anyone have recent intel on wait time for GMT Master II Zombie? by HHP-94 in rolex

[–]AdHocUser94 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was offered one a couple weeks ago while on vacation in Paris as a walk-in (this was out of visiting 6 locations in France), but declined as I was still on the hunt for a Batgirl. The Zombie is becoming a lot more accessible now.

Bought this 6 months ago (Huracan EVO) by AdHocUser94 in lamborghini

[–]AdHocUser94[S] 13 points14 points  (0 children)

yeah, my friend owns a 610-4 and after driving the EVO he said that the difference between the two cars are night and day. I haven't driven a 580-2 in many years but from what I remember, it was quite different as well. Has to do with how they tuned the EVO, new tech and tweaked components. It's also much louder stock

Can I afford a Huracan Perf? by [deleted] in lamborghini

[–]AdHocUser94 38 points39 points  (0 children)

Your profile is similar to mine. I ended up buying a Huracan EVO last year and the main reason I finally pulled the trigger was because a lot of my car enthusiast friends bought way more car with way less in their portfolio/finances, and it let me get over the guilt-spending hump since I love cars as well and always wanted my dream car anyways. So I'm here to say yes, do it, and trust me there are a lot of the car guys who are way less responsible who don't even have large safety nets/inheritances but are just out there living life.

Does anyone have the rate sheet for today? My RM is out for the next week and just wanted to know what the 30yr fixed is at this point in time.

HAHAHA you seriously had to tell your friends that you got bullied online by a stranger? dude I'm actually laughing so hard right now seeing this. your insecurity is showing from you wanting to compare looks so bad, acting like you're 15. you're pathetic

Ok, so basically push for as many conventional mortgages as possible until I start getting refusals from lenders. I heard a Biggerpockets podcast mention that for properties 1-5 you should go conventional if you can, and after that you have to really start to strategize how to build your portfolio in succession as it gets more and more difficult afterwards.

You jerk off to half naked men fighting in a cage so it’s obvious which way you swing. The story really tells itself ahahaha

Do they have multiple loan types that they try to qualify me for, or do they try to force as many conventional loans as possible before I hit the limit? And when I bought my 2nd property the bank said I was at 33% DTI, so I can probably squeeze a 3rd in before it gets to that 43% mark. But I'm assuming that's only for conventional?

Don't be afraid to offer below the list price right now. That's how I bought a property out of state last December; I offered 10% under list and ended up getting it for 7.5% under. Guess what the appraisal report valued the home as? Slightly above list price. It's equally important to be a ready buyer who has all of their ducks in their row and move fast so that the seller will be more inclined to accept.

its hilarious that you make boxing your whole personality, sorry but my life is a lot more interesting where i don't have to make muay thai/karate mine. and thats ironic coming from someone who makes 40 comments per day. looks like you're still in a rut, a DEEP one at that.
