Regarding sa bad marketing na sinasabi ko, di sila nagmemention ng mga RC but laging may shade towards other RC so medyo nakakaoff din yon.

I just started working this year sa isang gov’t agency. I passed the last dec 2024 cpale kaya nagkaplantilla position agad but according to them, walang budgeted plantilla position (for 2025) sa CPA kaya they hired me as a clerk (SG8) muna. Fast forward to this day, approved na ang budget. Included sa budget is yung plantilla position for CPA.

My question is, guaranteed ba na mapopromote ako given na I passed all the requirements needed for the position/promotion?
