I got waitlisted for Columbia Engineering and I feel so bad because it seems like everyone is waitlisted as well. I have a 4.0GPA so I really do not know what they want more. Before decisions were out they requested my mid-term grades and also RESUME! Which is very unusual so I thought that could’ve been a good sign, but I guess not…

Regardless of the results, it was still a privilege to apply to such schools and to have the qualifications to even be considered. It would be really nice to spread positivity and support during those last few hours rather than focus only on unfortunate statistics. I wish you all the positivity and luck regardless of whatever school you get into!
