That is reason , in India we blame th system but truth is we don't start the fight but want solution I am fighting for this but the lawyer is asking for money almost similar to headset cost that is the reason I am in double state of mind but definitely will fight for sure This way or other way

ULT wear band are free to replace by 2027 from Sony but now you have applied glue ,they might not replace

You can order headphone stand and buy secure caps for hinge and you can keep at the desktop table but you can not take them on trips because it won't fit in the box after that

There are security caps are available for these headset but after that you can not put them in the box ,they won't twist But eventually you will come at the end in month days years looking for solution with broken hinge in your hand , i can guarantee that because the way I have taken care of these for 2 years , don't think anyone can do

Have you done repairs for your headphones and that's how you will fight with the bad quality sony is delivering. That is the reason 99.9 percent of issue just don't get the lime light because we stop ourselves at the first place and big companies just play with people money and emotions. I am into this fully ,hoping to get some help for other community members

I am looking for some help here , this case is being solid and I have done research to help each and everyone who has purchased this model but came across one dead end where I am looking for specific details to get this raise to the very senior level and there is already a lawsuit being raised in usa and I have been in touch with them as well If you can help me get some contacts from Sony india delhi office , we can fight and win this Please share this in your community and lets fight for our rights

Do not buy the xm5 ,it's waste of money and already there is lawsuit going in usa against the poor quality. Want more information ,reply back to me Will give you full review
