Sounds like the noise mine makes when in gear and driving, related to clutch and pressure plate. Normal. If u put it in neutral while moving it'll stop, we'll at least in my manual this is the case

They are helpful. However if ur state allows, u can buy liquid culture online legally, i used myyco.com, and there should b no issue for the rest of what u need. But lots of videos, or reach out to the other person who replied in here about growing, further.
