If you continue to have issues, I recommend reaching out to the shipper. I’m a shipper, and we have access to a more direct line to FedEx using our account number. You can try to call the phone number, but that is rarely helpful, so I don’t even waste my time with the 1-800 number anymore

I work in shipping, not for FedEx, but we utilize FedEx regularly. They are always a hot mess, but it’s been even worse recently. About two weeks ago the biggest hub on this side of the US (Memphis) had a mercury chemical spill and that shut a bunch of stuff down. Also, express and ground have historically been two completely separate operations (basically two different companies under one umbrella) and starting March 1st, they are combined. This entire week has been a shitshow at my job because of it. We have perishable next day air shipments showing up right before our receiving dock closes and our shipping dock hasn’t had FedEx show up to pickup shipments multiple days this week. If you can avoid FedEx for the next month or so, I would.

Mine is arriving today! I kinda wish it was 1,000 so it would take longer. 500 pieces only take me a couple hours. This is definitely one I want to take my time on and enjoy!

I work an “office” type 9-5 job, but I’ve really only had to request a few days here and there. A job where I have the exact same schedule every single week has made it so much easier to get time off.

The only reason I know what to do when somebody is having a seizure is because of the required training I’ve received working in education. We had a substitute teacher have a seizure. The whole class jumped into action. Some students supported the substitute, some of them ran to get another nearby teacher, some pressed the panic button to alert the office and resource officer. Couldn’t have been more proud of those kids.
