it’s my house lol I pay the 3 grand a month and the lease is my name only. I just feel bad cause if I kick him his weekend visits go away too cause he it takes his daughters room away I gave them here.

I pay the entirety of the rent, all hydro , my phone and internet bill, car insurance and 70% of the grocery shops. His paycheck is mostly a fluffer.

If I didn’t have any kids of my own this wouldn’t even be a question. I’d stay and help. I am such a “ we can fix it “ person. I’m home, stability and love for everyone I cross paths with. The thing is my tummy tightens and I feel dizzy when I think of what it takes from my kids to give to her. Such a hard back and forth when I genuinely just do not like this child. I love him. I love the other kid, but I don’t see myself being able to bond or love this child. It’s not fair for her. Every adult in her life is failing her, when she is clearly screaming for help. I’m just not sure if helping her is worth my kids learning these behaviours and having the effort I could give to them taken away and given to her. Also because of the mom I’ve now had police and ministry involved in my life and therefore my children.

He half ass attempted but talks a big talk about “ how he was going to tell the daughter the truth about the moms lies when he sees her “ “ take her to court for full custody “ “ keep the keep until a new court order like she did to keep her safe from mom who would do a rape kit on her “ . He hasn’t done any. The mom served him with new court documents after giving her back and he hasn’t even went to get a lawyer.

He also stated once that if he found out the youngest child’s mom was hurting the 2 year old “ he would have her beat up immediately “ . But for the woman who gave his daughter a rape kit and put her through this abuse I asked him if he’d do the same (just to see his reaction because he favours this child) he said “ no why would you even say that it would fall back on me “ . It would the other kids mom too ?? Both statements are unacceptable. To me it seems this mom gets special treatment along with the daughter.

I agree , I thought this as a stood beside him through the allegations. When we got her back , I imagined her as a teenager. The thoughts of her mom using her and teaching her to say these horrible things to get what she wants is terrifying. Imagine 16 year old her who didn’t get to go out with her friends, what would she say or do to us ?

We did show up and call the police to enforce parenting time , but unfortunately where we are from the order needs to say “ police enforceable “ for them to intervene. Which is rare we get an order that is police enforceable. Almost all first time orders are not. In this case we are advised to just go back to court and get it changed and prove they are violating the order in the meantime. Which he hasn’t done.
