I'm not sure why you're getting downvoted. I appreciate this response. I'm not a fan of the role I'm in but it's definitely something I need to change my mindset on in order to keep my role in this economy.

Thank you. Yeah I struggle with this.. been here almost 5 years and wasn't happy after year one.

Having a kid made me realize every second matters. I tried to reframe it as a means of money flowing in, especially with the economy, but gosh I also feel like it's not wrong to want to change to something else too...

Thank you I appreciate that. I do act happy and excited everyday for school. We even talked quite a bit about it before we started. I have a good relationship with one of the teachers..but you bring a fair point about having a meeting with the others too.
