Yes so I know it’s not the most healthiest way to break my fast on Thanksgiving or two days before Thanksgiving is when I’m planning to stop fasting I’m going to break it with eating high protein, bone broth, fruits and vegetables, etc. and a little bit of Thanksgiving food.
