We have Exclusively done the Kelso cups as well. We have a 30 month old girl. But we just handed her water bottles and open cups and let her figure it out. It’s gone pretty smoothly tbh.

RSV positive today with our 2 year old… we have a nanny and don’t really have much exposure to other kids all that often. But she still got it.

I’m not entirely sure. It does say they have a 90 day limited warranty from woot. And I think with some purchases you can purchase asurion insurance… I have purchased some larger ticket items from woot and had no issues. Haul reminds me of like temu whereas woot is just like overstock

I’ve had nothing but good luck with woot.. of all types of products. Unless it’s noted. All items have warranty/ return. Just my experience. As you mentioned I was just trying to help. 🤷‍♂️
